Halloween is right around the corner and if you’ve been putting off deciding what you and your spouse should dress up as, look no further!  Here’s a list of cheap and cheerful (ok, SPOOKY) ideas:

1.  Cereal Killer:  One of you tape or glue cereal labels all over a shirt and the other dress in all black and carry a plastic knife (glue Cheerios painted with red paint splatters for effect).

2.  Jon and Kate:  Guys, don the douchest Ed Hardy shirt you can find with a giant CZ earring and ladies you can pick up a Kate-esque wig from a costume shop.  Accessorize with the Mommiest looking clothing you can find.

3.  Plug and Socket:  Ladies, take a piece of cardboard and draw an outlet on it.  It should be large enough to glue or affix to your shirt.  Guys, make a plug out of cardboard and attach it to your clothes.  Risque and fun!

4.  Dress as each other:  Find clothing that the other one would probably wear and poke fun at one another a bit (all in good fun!)

5.  Kitty and Furball:  Ladies, dress as a cute or sexy kitty.  Guys, take a sweatshirt, glue dryer lint, yarn, fake fur and cat food all over it.  Yummy.

I think making some of these costumes together is almost as fun as wearing them!  Happy Halloween!
