I was recently in a training session and the topic turned to food, as it usually does when you’re eating a sub par boxed lunch.

The woman sitting next to me told my colleague  and I that she and her husband have been married for nearly 9 years but he refuses to let her eat off his plate.  He think it’s gross, unsanitary, etc.  We thought this a most peculiar hang up to have with you spouse.  With your little sister when you’re 8, yes, I completely understand the disgust.  If I’m at the food court at the mall and some random shopper grabs a fry off my plate, you better believe they will get my “Oh no he didn’t face”.  But my husband?  No way - what mine is his and what his is mine (especially when it’s super tasty).
